Public Notice

Please take notice that the Public Alliance Insurance Coverage Fund is seeking proposals for Defense Counsel to the Fund.  Proposals will be received by the Administrator’s Office on or before December 31, 2024 no later than 11:00 a.m.

Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope showing the name and address of the Proposer, plainly marked to indicate the subject of the proposal and mailed or delivered to:
